Diamond Precise Toolings Corporation is designed to be a successful supplier for the semiconductor, electronics, automotive and industrial companies that are rapidly growing. It was established on January 18, 2002 and started its operation on April 8, 2002. The company started with only one (1) conventional milling and one (1) conventional grinding machine.
In the year 2006, acquired another set of conventional milling and grinding machine. The company also acquired one (1) CNC vertical machining center and one (1) conventional lathe machine.
In the year 2010, due to the company's commitment and dedication to support Customer Requirements (shorter lead time) the company acquired another 5 units of CNC vertical machining center and 2 units of CNC turning center.
In the year 2012, due to the company's continued commitment and dedication to be of service to the customers, DPTC acquired another 4 units of CNC vertical machining center and 1 unit of CNC turning center and increased our accuracy in measuring precise parts and critical components acquisition of the "Sheffield" Discovery III Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).
At present, a total of twenty nine (29) machineries and is engaged in CNC mass production items, precision jigs and fixtures, DTFS Tools and Dies, machine parts and moulds as major products.
Milestone: ISO Certification
With the company's effort to support more customers, Diamond Precise Toolings Corporation passed and aquired the certification for the ISO9001:2015 Quality Management Systems on March 20, 2013 (Certificate No. AJA13.0713).
